Bajibet Terms and Conditions

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all players who access or use the bajibet platform, whether via the bajibet website, the bajibet mobile app, or any other interface through which bajibet services are made available. By registering an account on bajibet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with the bajibet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bajibet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on the bajibet website with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of bajibet after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2Eligibility

To register and use bajibet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted on bajibet.
• You must be accessing bajibet from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or playing on bajibet.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bajibet employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from bajibet for any reason.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one bajibet account. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or a different device — is strictly prohibited. Bajibet uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering on bajibet, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must not use a false identity, a pseudonym, or another person's details when registering.

• Your bajibet account password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your bajibet account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact bajibet support immediately via live chat.
• Bajibet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your bajibet account — is not permitted.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bajibet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Bajibet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No bank transfer or international payment method is currently supported.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your bajibet wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• There are no fees charged by bajibet on deposits. Your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours (6:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST).
• Withdrawals outside normal operating hours may take up to 60 minutes.
• There are no fees charged by bajibet on withdrawals.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your bajibet account.
• Bajibet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Bajibet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonuses on bajibet are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the bonus period.
• Not all games on bajibet contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bajibet welcome bonuses are available to new players only and can be claimed once per player, household, device, and payment method.
• Bajibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.
• If bajibet determines that a player has attempted to abuse a bonus — including by placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — bajibet reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6Gameplay Rules

All games available on bajibet use a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by bet size, account balance, session length, or any other player-specific factor.

• The published RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game on bajibet reflects the long-run theoretical return and is accurate as verified by the testing laboratory.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — the round will be voided and your stake returned to your bajibet wallet.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, bajibet reserves the right to correct the result and adjust your balance accordingly.
• Bajibet reserves the right to void any bet placed after the official close of a market or event.
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual games or game categories. These limits are stated in the game information panel within the bajibet platform.
• Bajibet is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules. Game rules are available within each game on the bajibet platform.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bajibet. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account on bajibet.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with bajibet systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in bajibet's platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use bajibet for any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bajibet staff or other players.
• Accessing bajibet using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your bajibet account.

8Account Suspension and Closure

Bajibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same player.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

If your bajibet account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your verified real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

Players who wish to close their bajibet account voluntarily can do so by contacting bajibet support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

9Privacy and Data

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajibet's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Bajibet is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Bajibet is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond bajibet's reasonable control.
• Bajibet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• Bajibet is not liable for any tax obligations that may arise from your winnings. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction.

12Changes to These Terms

Bajibet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
